As part of this initiative, Juan was recently joint appointed in the Departments of Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery and Otolaryngology, Head and Neck Surgery, and will soon be collaborating with a new faculty member in Clinical Anaplastology. We will be seeking state approval for such a program in the coming months. Our Department has been busy this past year developing a proposal for a 2-year Master of Arts program in Clinical Anaplastology, which was recently approved by the University School of Medicine. They are excited to begin their course of training which will extend until May 20, 2022. Sarah comes from California and has done extensive study in film makeup and special effects. Nicole comes to us from Indiana University, with a background as a staff medical artist in the School of Dentistry.
